Women- equality mingled with men and women is just an illusion. Women are all the same discriminated against in present day. Society doesnt encourage women to bend sucessful or leading in the body of workforce, just leaders in the household. Society puts a disallow stereotype on women virtually their work ethics. My view about womens work ethics is that they work 10x harder than men. In history women were always the ones taking care of the family, cooking, and cleanup but time are changing and women are toilsome to become more than powerful but society still overlooks what the women trust or arduous to do.
